Terms and Regulations - Subject to Change

Minimum 2 day rental except during the Christmas season, minimum 1 week rental. Holiday rate is the same as summer weekend

Pets that are well trained, on a leash, and proven not to be destructive are allowed for an additional $5 per night for small dogs and $10 per night for large dogs with an additional $100 dollar refundable security deposit per dog. We must be pre notified about any pets you may have

Check-in after 3:00pm. Check-out before 11:00am. We need to prepare for new arrivals.

No Smoking permitted on premises do to wooden nature of house.

No parties unless given prior consent.

$100 Security deposit refunded after inspection of premises for neatness & damage

$50 House Cleaning Fee

Firewood, baby cribs, and other items not specifically listed are not necessarily provided.

Cancellation Policy - Since we are small and specialized, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore pre-payment is required on accommodations. Balance due by check or money order when reservation is made. Deposits are refundable minus a 10% service charge if cancellation is received in writing 30 days ahead. Twenty-nine days prior, your deposit (minus the service charge) will be refunded if the accommodation is rented in your place, or it can be fully applied towards a future stay, with restrictions (to receive full credit a re-book must be comparable lodging and length of stay during non-holiday or "high-season").
